My ultimate mission is to make an impact in the lives of the people I work with. I want them to become a better version of themselves so they can be better to the people they spend their lives with.
I want to motivate and inspire them so they can start inspiring others too.
In my training sessions I want to use the opportunity to have my clients think and behave outside the box. Try new things, new types of training, different exercises and play around to get them out of their comfort zone. I want them to experience that it is OK to sometimes feel uncomfortable if that makes them grow as a person.
I believe that for a successful training the mind is as important as the physical aspect. Movement is a game of the body and the mind together. In current society we are forced into a certain pattern in which we should behave and act in order to be accepted and be normal. But why be normal? It almost looks like that “normal” is going to work every day (a job you may not even like), go home after work, eat, watch tv and repeat this for 40 years in a row. It is exhausting.
I want to break this pattern, motivate my clients to find their inner child again, change themselves into the person they want to become so that they are able to be the best they can be. I believe that with the right training, nutrition, motivation and accountability anybody can accomplish this. If you think about yourself when reading this, then I am your man!
