I will create a personalised training session for you which you will be able to access via an online app. You will train once, twice or three times a week, based on your goals and needs. In this app you will be able to track your progress as do I. I can adjust your training when needed and check whether you are doing the work we decided on. There is also a chat option build in the app, so if you have any questions you can contact me via the app any time.
