Yoga is a good mix between stretching, muscle strength and balance. With my experience as a physiotherapist and personal training, yoga can specifically be used to strengthen weakened muscles in the body when the exercises are targeted carefully to those area in the body. With FysioYoga we will target exactly those areas. Together we will create a YogaFlow that is perfectly designed to strengthen the muscles in your body that need it the most.
FysioYoga can be a first step when you want to make a change. It can be a good start before training your body as a whole especially when you know there are certain muscles in your body that need attention first.
Flexible clothing is very important when you will be doing FysioYoga. You don’t need shoes. Bring a towel and water to hydrate after the training.
