Has it always been a dream to being able to perform a perfect Front Lever, Handstand or a Straddle Planche but you never managed to get your strategy right to get to the end goal?
Let me help you to break down the process to get to the Hand Stand or Front Lever. The training will contain a detailed step by step plan to prepare your body to maintain the posture. It will be a mix of strengthening postures and mobility and stretching postures that will gradually get harder as we proceed towards the end goal. Besides the guided sessions there will be homework involved that you need to do to stay on track!
In order to perform well during the training I advise you to wear flexible sportswear and indoor shoes. Bring a towel and enough water to hydrate during the training.
