Kettlebell Training.

A Kettlebell looks like a bowling ball with a handle. During the training the Kettlebell is the only tool we are using. They are great for strengthening, cardio and flexibility training. The amount of work-outs that can be designed with only a Kettlebell are unlimited.
If you are a beginner we will focus on learning to apply the right technique. This will be combined with high intensity training to increase total body strength and increase muscle power. Every training we will review the exercises we have learned the previous weeks and build it up from there.
If you are already experienced in training, weight lifting or even Kettlebell training we will take your training to the next level. At the first sessions we will review your level and improve from there. Depending on your goal we will design the right training.
In order to perform well during the training I advise you to wear flexible sportswear and indoor shoes. Bring a towel and enough water to hydrate during the training.
