Training according to Wikipedia means:

Training is teaching, or developing in oneself or others, any skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. Training has specific goals of improving one’s capability, capacity, productivity and performance.”

If we project this into fitness, health and wellbeing, training is making sure that all your muscles listen to what you are ordering them to do. To take it to the next level, training is designing your body mechanics in a way that you meet your goals and improve physically to become the best you.

In the training I provide you, I pay close attention to your posture and using the right techniques in order to create a safe and injury free training environment. Don’t get me wrong here, because I will push you to your limits too in order to create the results we are aiming for together.
